API Tokens/Access
API Tokens are available to our licensed partners, or prospective partners who have executed an MNDA and evaluation agreement with us. If you’re already a partner, please reach out to your account manager or our support staff with any questions about your API access, or if you’d like to generate a new access token for security purposes.
Contact Us to get a live demo of the API and learn more about our product capabilities and use-cases. We can grant you evaluation access to the API following a brief dialogue to understand your needs.
API Usage Reporting
For our licensed partners, we are happy to generate and deliver automated usage reports to your inbox at your preferred interval. Please contact your account manager or our support staff to establish regular usage reporting, or to request an ad-hoc usage report.
Product Support
Our Support Staff is available to help our licensed partners and prospective partners with all technical inquiries and product issues. We offer global coverage with rapid responses for critical issues. Support can help you with documentation, API tokens, token configuration, usage reporting, bug/issues and general technical questions.
